I just wanted to know what version of mmcd you pros are using and where I can get it.

BTW, what is the latest version?

1.8g?

Thank you

1.8g works great and is extremely flexible. I have some other logger software as well (MCL & Pocketlogger) that has it's advantages, but for a quick & dirty check on things w/o having any copy protection issues when beaming the software to other folks MMCD 1.8g is the way to go.

I'll always show the other programs off & let them know where to go for a legit copy if they decide they'd prefer them, though. ;)

1.8g has more features than the "public" 1.5, I used that when I had my MAF-T and worked pretty solid.

Alrighty then, thank you for the feedback.

I am trying to get myself a good copy of it and googled quite a bit, but every version of it that I try to get exhibits a runtime error.

In addition, I registered at 3si and don't have permissions to download the file.

Any thoughts on where I can get this from?

Thanks!

I found that and a whole lot more in 30 seconds. There is a problem with the palm desktop software on my machine. That was one of the links I tried before.

I'll try again and come back if I am getting a runtime error for this link.

I have Link now, but I used Mmcd 1.8v and I loved it. I would've sold the logger but I still log and tune other 1g's using the program, it's definitely the best freeware program I've used.

Open you hotsync manager, right click, and make sure local USB and local serial are checked. Then go to setup, and make sure your com port is the correct one you are using.

i would use the rechargeable ones. get a car charger and you don't have to worry about reloading MMcD or loosing logs when the AA batteries die.

I'v tried this and cant get it to work, it keeps giving me this message.

The connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again.

I'v retired a couple times now, even tried doing ot on another computer. I still can't get it to work. Anyone have any ideas?

Alright, I am going to bump this one up just in case things have changed. I have a GVR4 now and I am using 1.8g. I just wanted to verify that this is still the "one" loool.

Thanks!

I use MMSD : P When I had a MAF I used the one that would spit out g/rev for load. I don't remember which one that is, but it makes binary and tunerpro tuning much easier vs. hz.
