Louiseville,
I have a Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 98 and I wanna go Turbo. Should I go with 420A or 4G63??? I want to push a lot of power. I'll do all the necessary mods (injectors, valves, pistons, rods, etc). Thx a lot guys!!!

Honestly, the easiest thing to do would be to buy a Turbo car. I swapped my motor in my 90, but going n/a to turbo is essentialy the same motor. Going from a 420a to a 4G63 in a 2g is much more difficult and not worth the effort/money you would be spending on it. But, to answer your question, the 4G63 is by far the better motor.

If you have a strong attachment to your car and will not sell it for a Turbo model, there are a few good writeups in the N/T forums and there is also a tech article on turboing a 420a. The 420 is actually a pretty good motor...I compared internals from my buddies GS to my GSX and his rods actually looked bigger.

Well.... Of course I like my car.... The problem with these cars is that, in Quebec, there is not much of them so.... I bought mine in Chicago, IL. Its like $8k cheeper in US than Canada when u find one.... If I can do something to fit in a 4g63, I'll do it.... I don't feel like driving 17 hours again....
