Cayenne is the sexiest color imo... Not to flashy but not to plain, it's perfect. A nice carbon fiber hood obviously wouldn't hurt.

As for the rim I'd probably go with some kind of dark grey.

I will almost certainly be keeping a black roof with either of those colors. It's still going to be a Talon so it would almost look wrong without it. Besides that, I think a black roof would balance out black wheels very well, similar to the picture of the Cayenne convertible with the black top.

I like the copper/burnt orange. It's different and it looks good. Although I'd ask for a shade darker.

I agree, a Talon needs a black roof... and I don't see how it would look worst than any other colors that comes with a black roof.

Edit: I personally find the copper colors way over done, it really isn't that much a nice color to look at, especially when compared to cayenne.

My vote is to keep it factory black. Originally I was looking for a black one, but the red has grown on me. I guess that makes red my other choice.

If I had to pick from the three I guess I would go with the cayenne. The orange is a NO. I don't get why that panda look appeals to people either.

I say java black pearl. Being your car is already black, it would be a good base for black paint, and you wouldn't have to paint the jams if you wanted to save some money.

It's probably just me, but I would hate to have a red,green,orange car and open the doors to black. Plus the Java Black Pearl is a pretty nice color, just hard to keep clean.

I think it depends on what colors are going to be on the car such as rims and such, But i think the Cayenne red pearl is so sexy.

I forgot to ever respond to this thread again, but seeing as I'm still saving the money for the paint, I'll revive it. The door jams, trunk jams, engine bay etc. will be painted to match regardless. I'm not doing this half ass. This is also why it's taking me awhile to raise the funds for it. I have access to painting equipment and a place to paint it myself, but I am far to inexperienced to want to do it. If I'm going to spend the time and money on repainting my car, I only want to do it once, and the right way.

On another note, the guy who I will be having paint my car just recently did one in a copper orange color similar to the one I posted, but I think it looks a little better. I'll post some pics of it when I'm on my laptop again. After seeing it finished, it really makes it hard for me not to choose that color.

To be honest I like the Black and would probably keep it black..I actually looked for a black one before. I have owned 5 2g eclipses in my time and my favorite color on a 2g is just plain stock SILVER, so SILVER is my vote. I painted one of my 2g's in "2004 nissan 350z blue" color..It was a bad ass color...

I know exactly what color you're talking about, but I like the Cayenne much better. They seem to be almost the same other than that the Paprika is more of just a gloss color. I think it would also be cool to have a Cayenne Talon because even though it's a factory color on the Eclipse, it's still unique on the Talon. I don't care about it having an actual Talon color. It's not a collector car or anything.
