Where can I spray my MCCC treatment so it cleans everything? My throttle body is kinda sticking a but so I figured if I used the pcv hose it won't help clean my throttle body. I was thinking about removing the bov and spraying it in there. Any other better places or hoses? Thanks!

If I spray it in the pcv hose doesn't that just lead to the 4th cylinder and nothing else? Looks like where that hose leads too....

Correct. I tried that, and it barely touched anything but 4. To get the best results, there's another nipple up on the manifold (BOV one IIRC, but not sure) that will do a better job of hitting each cylinder. After you've done that for a while, fill each cylinder up with a lot of the stuff through the spark plug wells and let it sit overnight. When you come in in the morning to take it out with a syringe, you'll have all kinds of nasty black carbon chunks to clean out. Be sure to change plugs after you run the stuff out, and consult the vfaq for more tips. Don't forget to change your oil after it's done!

That's about it. :thumb:

Remember that you will need someone to keep the motor running while you spray it, as the motor will have trouble idling.

mmm you mean that vac line where most people hook up the boost gauge which also connects to the top part of the bov? Would seem like the best line to me even though it's kinda small...?

On my 1g intake manifold, the pvc has a tube that goes inside the manifold and it devides in to each cylinder. I poored a can of sea foam in to the pcv hose going into the manifold cleaing all cylinders. Car ran exelent and I just pulled turbo to port it and the head ports are pretty clean. Make shure you change spark plugs after doing this.

Just double-checked under my hood, and yes, it was the nipple for the BOV vac line (follow the hose from the top of your BOV to the manifold) that I used with fairly good results. If you're going to bother with MCCC though, I'd be sure to do the cylinder soak part as well. The fluid came out black with carbon when I took it out after the overnight soak.

I am an N/T 1g so i dont have a bov hose. What hose would guys suggest for me to use? Also i want to try spraying the mccc on the pistons and letting it sit. The problem is that i dont have a shopvac, any ideas on how to get it out?

how were you planning to get a shop vac into a hole the size of a spark plug anyways ? i was told to use a syringe (sp)
You just use some duct tape to attach a smaller diameter hose/tube to the shop vac.
