Where to scan my 90 plymouth laser at?

Okay so my car is throwing a code and idk where to scan it at. engine bay under dash where? i looked everywere and cant find it. help! please?

The port is by the fuse box on the drivers side on the left.

It should have a rubber thing covering it..Or at least next to it, if the rubber slipped off..

haha kk, so when the check engine light comes on my car like pretty much bogs out. its not fuel cut.

No fuel cut feels like you just pulled a chute and slammed the brakes at the same time, then instantly back to normal. You really need to pull your codes since you're fortunate enough to have them to point you in the right direction. If you cant find it I'll look for a pic and post it up for you.
