Does anyone know where to get those plastic white snap on pieces for like door and quarter panels? need a bunch of them and can't seem to find anyone who sells them....maybe i just didn't look in the right place. Thanks

I have had luck getting them at places like pep boys or autozone. You just have to look because most of the time the people that work there dont know they have them.

Machv.com has them i think, as does diamondstarmotorsports under the maintenience section. Thats if you want them new.

Junkyards are good for shit like that since all panels were the same.

Also, door pannels on the Neons have snaps that will fit the door panels of dsms. The door panels aren't the same, but the snaps are.

I hate to even mention it, but have you asked Satan?

Refer to post #3.

The panel push pins from most Toyotas will also work. They look slightly different but have the same diameter and fit perfectly. I scavenged some from a '93 Tercel and they hold even better than the Mitsu ones.

do you guys know the size of the bolts for the front bumpers for a 95 - 99 eclipse / tsi ?

i want to replace all the bolts, but I can't find anything to buy anywhere

That has nothing to do with the original post. Start a new thread, or better yet, search.

A good option would be to just pull one out, and take it to a fastener shop and they can hook ou up.

But don't thread hack, and please keep things on topic.

Why does everyone hate the Mitsu dealers so much? Sure I use to get my parts from the Dodge dealership because it was more convienent but their prices are insane, bought several items that ended up being half the coast at Mitsu. All the parts I have bought from my local Mitsu dealer have been what I consider very resonable & to top it off I now normally get ~25% off. This way I know Iam getting real Mitsu parts & don't have to worry about vendors sending me incoreect/not legit parts.

I agree actually. My local chrysler dealer has gotten me TONS for pretty cheap. Weird walking out of a mopar with mitsu boxes though. Haha. I just don't have a mitsu ANYWHERE around me. So i settle. That and i get my parts next day.

I think as long as parts are OE it's all good, just make sure it's legit. Dealership is an easy way to go to make sure you know whats up. Or with how many good vendors there are on here selling straight OE parts, there's tons of outlets.

I just don't get why this always seems so hard for everyone to find. A little research takes you VERY far in this world. But it all seems to be about instant gratification with this LEAST ammount of work.

Unfortunately, you're the exception, not the rule.

a mitsu dealer they're like $3.50 each though

Wow, I can't recall exactly but I've bought a bunch of all the different clips for interior & bodywork etc, so I have a bunch for spare & they were never anywheres close to that . Maybe like $1 each, if they were anywere's close to that much I defently wouldn't have bought a tonn for spare.

thanks for the help guys....im gonna go to junk yard first because 3.50 for plastic piece is pretty rich!!!

Look on the rack at Pep Boys where they have all the replacement door handles and stuff from "HELP". They stock packs of upholstery and trim clips, fasteners, buttons and covers.
