where to get synchros

hey guys i need to find some synchros and also need to know what the best kind is to get. (Im 2g awd)
help me out right quick

ok everything i see says synchros help when shifting in high rpms, mine is grinding when i engage the clutch in 1st gear, and only first gear, like it wont go into gear is that synchros because i was told it was, thanks for the site btw

Make sure your clutch is adjusted properly, as an out of adjustment clutch is the biggest issue with the trans not engaging gears properly, and this can also lead to the premature wear of synchro rings. There's a video in the link explaining how to adjust it properly, scroll down a little and it's the first vid:
