Where to get new fuel line that goes to pump assembly and has 14/19mm ends?

Hey guys, I am upgrading to an evo 9 fuel pump and I was looking at the job I will be doing and I noticed that the line going from the top of the fuel pump assembly to another line under the car, was previously cut, and had a metal pipe slid inside the lines, and clamped down. I would like to just get a solid piece that I won't have to chance spitting fuel with a higher flow pump. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Mitsbishi dealership, probably need a whole new assembly, otherwise clean up the hard line and make sure it isn't jagged and sharp, get some fuel line from AutoZone and make do.
