you mean if any questions just ask??? I'd like to rebuild over the weekend sometime in the near future like within a month or so now would I get quick answers or would I have to wait a while??? Thanks :thumb:

If your questions are well formed and legible then you'll usually get your answers quickly. The search tool is your friend, as lots of common rebuild questions have already been asked and answered so it may save you some time. We're always happy to help you out, but remember we're not all here all the time so it may take a few hours or even a day to get an answer (basically waiting for someone who knows the answer to come online and look...heh). Good luck with the rebuild.

You won't be doing it over the weekend though... If it's your first time, It is going to take some time to get everything right.

And if you plan on doing it right, you better find a machine shop open on the weekends that is willing to dedicate most of their time to your motor, so that they have a quick turn around time.

Good Point about the Machinist being opened on weekends which is why I have a friend that does machinery and will do mines when ever I get ready. its kinda cool I have that option but even though I dont count on it... But if it happens WooHoo! LOL Thanks for the heads up. :thumb:

Wish I had that resource available to me. Make sure you leave time though for problems that may arise (because they always do.). And don't rush. Engine building isn't something that you want to rush through and then have fail on you within a couple thousand miles..

good luck with your project. Between tuners, the shop manual (book or cd) that I know you have!! (hint, if you don't, get it.), and a chilton's guide, you should be very capable of doing the rebuild.
