You have a couple options. You can hit up tim at tmz performance or jnz tuning.
I would just buy a good used transfer case, it will be cheaper and easier in the long run. You will probably spend 100-200 dollars just getting the bearings, than hopefully the gears are still good. If not there's another couple of hundred dollars.
I just got the number off the old bearing and went to napa and they had it in stock.

This will be your easiest and probably cheapest route. I plan on doing this as soon as I get mine all the way apart. It also helps that I work for Oreillys.
