I cant find any one that sells the outer cv boot, buy it self. Does any one know where i can buy the boot, and how much it costs?

thanks

no offense but, first things first, did you actually look? If not I suggest your nearest part source, mitsu/dodge dealer, anywhere that you can go to get your oddball carparts. ie sparkplugs, lights, oil filters, they will be able to get you one. I am canadian so I use NAPA autoparts for those kind of things. I am not sure what the american equivalent of that is.

A, ya i did try a my local chrysler dealer ship and they told me i had to buy the boot kit which was $97, and the local orileys only had the tie around boot. So im trying to find where exactly i can get one for like $10,

Also i need a front motor mount which chrysler quoted $87, does any one know where i can one of these for half or so/

(yes i checked around before i posted this also)

If your boot is torn,,, you most likley got dirt in the joint. if ya got dirt in the joint ya need a new joint.
seeings how an entire axel is like $75 (plus core) and that comes with new boots/joints... yano
its almost the same amount of work.
