My battery is just chillin in the engine bay with nothing holding it in place. Where can I buy a tie down that will work? Will the generic ones I see at autozone or checker work?

Why don't u just make one yourself out of aluminum?
Here's a pic of mine.

I have it bolted down really tight, so the tie down is on that battery good. So far, Every month or so when I install something new on my car, it looks like the battery hasn't moved. Just make sure it's tight.

NAPA, Knecht's, Pep, and other auto parts stores have tie downs.

Best to make your own though for best fit. You can tape a strip of velcro (the fuzzy side) to the tie down you make. That'll give it some traction to keep it from sliding side to side.
