has anyone actually used Wheel and Tire Packages | Wheels Discount Rims Custom wheels, Truck rims, Car rims, Rim and Tire Packages, cheap wheels, rims they seem to be the cheapest prices around for tires and rims, but it seems almost too good to be true. im just looking for a set of new tires for the best value, has anyone actually ordered and recieved product from these guys? how was your experience? or what have you heard?

there are various complaints on google with late shipments and wrong orders being delivered... but there were also good reviews, people recomend to call them to make sure their invintory is correct on the website. let me know your personal experience

One of my close buddies used them. Got his wheels and tires in a week. Didn't have any problems at all. Could have just been one of the lucky ones though

Make sure to compare to Tire Rack. I only checked the price of one type of rim, but it was about $30 cheaper per wheel at Tire Rack.

I like how you can view the wheels on your car, even though it's small. Tire Rack also has the weights of wheels listed!

Anyway, I'm sure that they both have a slightly different selection, so I suggest you take a look at both vendors.

well im not really worried about them stealing my credit card info... more worried about if or when i recieve a package.. if it wil be the right thing i ordered... and if it would get there in a timely manor. yeah id appreciate good comparison sites as well. im only looking for tires. no wheels.

I had a buddy of mine use them and he got the rims really quick. The rims were packaged really good too. I wish I would have used them instead of wheelsnext.

I believe there is a BBB (better business beruea) website that offers the ability to check a companies reputation and wheter or not they are legitimate. Although the site itself looks so-so

I could not find a manufacturing location for the rims but I would guess they are not made with good ol' American metal. The Nexen tires are crap ones from Korea. I will not buy any tire from Asia. IMO, I wouldn't take a chance on something as important as wheels and tires. Good way to crash and die.

I could not find a manufacturing location for the rims but I would guess they are not made with good ol' American metal. The Nexen tires are crap ones from Korea. I will not buy any tire from Asia. IMO, I wouldn't take a chance on something as important as wheels and tires. Good way to crash and die.

im pretty sure that a toyo tire is a toyo tire..... i wouldent buy a no name brand weel reguardless of where it was from... so yeah... but no one has been scammed or let down by these guys? as far as buying good quality parts for the discount they offer?

i ended up buying toyo proxes 4 tires from les schwab for 300 bucks more.. but i know i got what i got and i know it was done correctly... im just skeptical about buying wheels and tires online period...so wanted to check.... i have no doubt that my tires would have been the same tires they would have sent me..... but ive heard alot of people getting the wrong order or wrong sizes. bad customer service, bad return policy... thats why i was curious what others experience was.

Capital is a great cheap tire. There isn't much difference between an expensive asian tire and a cheap asian tire. Nor a expensive domestic tire or a cheap domestic tire. In fact there's not much differences between tires at all. There's only cheap, economy, mid-performance, high-performance, and expensive.

I know a guy who paid 300 dollars a tire, drove on them for 3 days and one blew out on him out of nowhere. It was bad QAQC on the companies fault. He replaced it with a 70 dollar tire and never had problems with it.

Hankook tires are really good tires and are used by production companies as factory tires on their top end vehicles such as VW and Hyundai



They won me over I bought wheels and tires from them. They give you a tracking number and everything, I also called to make sure but I do that no matter who I buy from.

The company seems legit I just am wary of the products. I ordered my rims/tires for my Corvette on-line. And no, neither were made in Asia

Where the rims made in europe by a wheel replica manufacturing company? Or where they made in brazil or mexico in one of those mass production facilities? I doubt they were made in america the greatest nation in the world with the highest unemployment rate in years.

Whether the wheel is made on the moon or in the factory behind your trailerpark. A good wheel and tire combo is good and a bad is bad. There are too many factors to consider before making a blind judgement.

but you do know.... that ALMOST every part... made... for ALMOST everything... is made in asia..... Japan, taiwan, korea, china.... only thing is say about that is stay away from chinas stuff specifically, taiwan is good, japan is good, never heard of anything from korea good or bad. i think generalizing asian parts being cheap is a because there is actually alot of good shit that comes from asia.. but i do agree with you, you get what you pay for.... most of the time.... other times people buy in such bulk of quality products.. they are able to pass the savings down.. which is not a bad thing nor does it determine quality.

Tire Rack is a trusted website. Couldnt you just show them the add you saw and ask them to match the price. Your local NTB will do the same. (If there is one in your area)

Without a doubt, allot of stuff here is made in Asia. I don't even think you could find a TV or radio made in the USA.
But I do believe products made in the USA are better. This is coming from a guy who loves his country. I served nearly 5 years in the military with 27 months of that in the Middle East for this country. Our country is at about 9% umemployment, we ALL need to buy American products when we can otherwise your job might be shipped overseas as well.
I will never buy a new foreign car. I just read an article in MotorTrend magazine about the job of a car manufacturing. For every person that works building new cars in the USA, 4.5 USA jobs are created.
I do believe in FAIR trade which we do not have with Asia countries. We buy allot more from them than they do from us. So many Americans have died because of Asia. Vietnam war, Korean war, and that fateful day when an unprevoked Japan attacked Pearl Habor and killed over 2,500 Americans. Now we reward them by buying their products?? No thanks.

IMO I don't see what buying something made in another country has to do with jobs. If anything, that matter would relate to your government. Products are products, just as many jobs should be created by a company buying these asian made products and then reselling them in "american" stores.

Take for instance our DSMs. They were made in Illinois. If everyone that purchased a DSM, would have purchased a Honda from Japan instead, thousands would be without a job in Illinios, aka AMERICA.

I thought most cars are assembled by robots on production lines. The people qualified to operate most of the machinery would have most likely found a job overseas in a honda factory. The other smaller jobs that are non essential to the assembly of the car would have been elsewhere imo because the economy was better than it is now.

But none of this has anything to do with whether or not wheelfire.com is legit. If the wheels are made in another country, depending on the company who makes them and their quality control and inspection process will determine if they are a good product. Tires as well. I currently run capital negotiator tires on my gs, although they are noisy. They have excellent traction for "cheap" tires.

To the OP and others looking for wheels. You can always call the original manufacturer and see if wheelfire.com is an authorized dealer or reseller of the specific brand of wheel and tire you are looking to purchase. This goes for any online whell and tire source
