wheel color on 1g dsm

Opinions please: what wheel color for a 1g dsm red and black of course.

Are you asking what wheel color you should go with or what it came with stock? Your question isn't very clear.

If your car is red on black then I would go with a black rim. Red rims in my opinion look like crap!

sorry, yea what color would look best, I was thinking somewhere between gunmetal and charcoal.

I think if you do the red wheels right, it would look good. I did a photoshop of my car with red wheels and polished lip, it looked hot. But I couldn't find any of the wheels in my bolt pattern.

I ended up going with Black Wheels/Red Lip and Red Calipers.

Attached is 2 of the Prototype DSM's from the 80's which happened to have red wheels. And the Photoshop I did of my car with red wheels. 4lug conversion!

But besides all that, do what you think looks best. Not what other people thinks. A lot of the guys here would throw hot orange, or Lime Green wheels on a DSM. I think thats hideous and just wrong. But see its their opinion that matters to them, and mine that matters to me. It should be the same to you. Red/Bronze looks great. Red/White looks Great, Red/Black looks Great! Red on Red looks good to. Or you could be old fashioned and go with Silver Wheels.

I agree, but the red car with white rims is also cool. You can check other cars in the internet if you want to see how it looks like, for sure you'll find many.

I vote "alloy". Every damn DSM has tinted tails and black wheels with a polished lip.

However for red, I like that Hyper black color that some FN01RCs came in. I wouldn't mind seeing black with the red lip like shown here. 5ZIGEN USA official website

Are those tracklites? The car looks great with em on. Plus tracklites = like 7.5 lbs a piece.

I also love all black rims. I tired the polished lip on mine and hated it. Mine are all black.
