Hi everyone , I have a issue with my 1995 ECLIPSE RS every since ive bought it 1 year ago and ive spend $860 dollars on it but still the problem remains. Dunno where to start from but here it goes

When i bought the car back in JAN 2004 my while car used to shake badly EXCEPT the steering wheel, whenever I pressed brakes, I took it back to the dealer where it from, they told me that my eclipse's Rotors are bad. Being a performance freak, Ive spend money on 2 brand NEW front BREMBO rotots and just turned the OLD rear Drums, ALso changed the 2 front Pads with rear Break Shoes.

But still the problem Remains.

After that Ive thought its better if I go to FIRESTONE (being more pro), well they blamed this problem for TIE RODS, I ended up spending money on 2 new Front TIE ROds and Tire Allignment+Tire rotation but still problem remains and getting worst :( I was wrondering if anyone can help me suggesting what should be my next move. Thank You.

this is tough one witout looking at the car, but I can give you a list of possiblities. Bent rims or ball joints would be something to check out. Look at your front rims, if they have a ton of balancing weights on them the guy who balanced them just did the best he could to balance a bent rim. Do you hear any noises from the front end?

All the Rims are Stocked and new Tires with Allignment and Rotation. Car Drives smooth on Interstate but it shakes like hell when i press brake. No Noise from Front End tho.
Soon my cars is going to open apart bcuz of this the way it shakes, and local mechanics and dealer keep taking more money out of my pocket.

Unbelievable! Looks like we both posted about the identical problem within minutes of each other.

Check out my post, "Steering Wheel and Brake Pedal Vibration" for details of my plight.

Annoying problem, isn't it?
