Whats wrong with my car? LOG INSIDE

Hey guys I'm tired of just tossing money on this thing and not getting my moneys worth. I am having a LONG cold start-up, and missing when its warming up... sometimes its so bad, the car just dies couple seconds after firing. ALSO backfires crazy when under boost or I TRY to make WOT pulls. I have replaced the following things with known working items thinking that would fix my issue:

Fuel Pump
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Coil Pack
Transistor Pack
Injectors

Please help me out guys

Have you done a boost leak test, or checked your ISC to make sure one of your coils isn't bad?

The isc is good my friend.

Just to add to the list I've tried a different gm maf sensor as well. All that's left is the maft box and a different ecu

Sounds like a coolant temp sensor problem. Check that man.

Am I reading your profile right in that you're running stock injectors?

Have you tried a new front o2 sensor? The logs aren't long enough, but I can't tell if yours is working properly.

You need to go to the misc tab and click use non 95/96 cas. Also your ect sensor is shot if it's reading 164 during the small pull. More info is needed..

You also should uncheck the Cylinder Misfire box on the DTC tab.

your battery is reading low...thats happend to me before with the battery charge being to low, and if your on stock injectors..why does the wot log show 36+psi?


amd in the idle2 log it says your building some boost at idle...not to sure about that one

Hey guys just reporting back. Problem is fixed. My 2g to 1g CAS harness was making a short. I soldered all the connections and heat shrinked. Thanks for the replies guys.

Sad to say the problem came back again soon after, just didn't have time to post here on tuners. I put my FIC 1050s back with new bpr7es's. I have 3 logs. One is from a cold start to warm up and starts to level out from its rough start after 40 seconds. One is a cruise log. The last one is a cruise log with a small 2nd gear pull.

I decided to record around what second (from the 2nd cruise log) the car started to miss that was more noticeable.

The hard start seems to point to a coolant sensor. It could also be low fuel pressure. It could be a bad spark plug wire or bad plug. A boost leak check is needed also. Report back again if you find and fix the issue.

A new coolant sensor is in mind. Fuel pump and regulator are brand new... fuel pressure is there. Spark plugs ARE BRAND NEW (installed them today). SP wires are only a couple months old as well. Boost leak has been done and no leaks were found.
