theres a plug thats not connected near my fuse box under the steering wheel. looks like a obd connector but i have two of those on the right side. help please, cant find what it connects to and car wont start. i have a 99 mitsubishi eclipse rs

I have a plug like that to thats not connected and it runs so must not have anything to do with your problem. Noy sure what the plug is though

If you don't have power doors, then I believe that's the harness that goes to them.

Either this or maybe the wiring that goes to the cruise control/fog light panel since the rs models dont come with those options, but the wiring is still there.
