What's this wire? (Passenger Door)

Hey all,

First of all I just want to say that I started lurking around these forums a couple of months ago when I bought my first DSM - a '97 Spyder GST and you guys have been more than helpful. I just finished dying my carpet black and painting all of my interior pieces black and am now in the process of re-installing them.

My issue is this - When looking under the dash on the passenger side, right where the wires feed in to the car from the passenger door, I see this loose wire:

Where should this be connected? I just want to make sure everything is perfect while I have the car apart. Any help is greatly appreciated

Look for a connector in the car near the door its pretty big.

Ya, I looked around, didn't see any connectors that size

if theres nothing in the area then my guess is its for an option not installed on your car.

Mine had the same exact connector. Never figured it out.

Its for a modul installed on some 2gs. Us 1g guys use that for our ALDL connector to make a DIY logger cable.
