What's this under the intake?

Hey I found this thing just hanging under the intake mani and I was wondering if anybody knows what it's for my car used to be turboed but they took it out for some dumb reason I wanna turbo it this summer my transmission is the f4a33 or something ,it's the turbo tranny I have the Bcs just chilling with a vac line loop ,the knock sensor plug is there I got the resister pack and it's hooked up and the car runs great just had a injector crack on me but that's fixed and that's about it srry got a big off topic haha but you guys need to no so I can help thanks!

I'm still not sure if it's got a turbo engine but who knows I only payed 800$ for it 7momths ago a good dd

The wires itself are just white and black that's it the connector looks like a coolent temp sensor plug
