On the back of the intake manifold? The Haynes gives some weird instructions. Just curious.

just, loosen the two bolts, and make the cable as tight as possible while still allowing the butterfly to close all the way. And, if you have winter... maybe a tiny bit of slack for the contraction when it gets cold.
