A whrrrr sound coming from the t-belt area. I pulled the cover and it was covered in oil, I then washed it to try and find the oil leak and after I started it, it has been missing and running like crap and barley any boost under throttle(like 2psi) and then I get a knock count of 43. I think after I washed it, it jumped time. It is not making any bad sounds from the engine or head now, just a miss and no power.
I need to know the best way to check and see if I jumped time...Is this possible, to jump time and the car still run OK....
And yes, I have checked the plugs, wires, coil pack is newer, fuel is all good, No cell codes either..

............ I am so upset, I just took it to a local import mechanic, he said the Ballance shaft belt broke and took a eraser size chunk out of the side of the t-belt and that was enough w/the oil to make it jump. BUT, he really thinks the head is OK???? He also had to replace the auto tensioner(said it was leaking), he will have it back together in the morn, and is going to let me know the compression after it the belts are back on.
, No bent valves, after belt slipped 3 teeth WTF
