Here is a list of my mods i have done,

My question is what else can i do to fully max out this 16g setup.

-ACT 2100 Clutch
-Fidannza Aluminum Lightened Flywheel
-2.5" Mandrel Bent Stainless Steel Turbo Back Exhaust with a Magnaflow High Performance Muffler
-Dejon Tool 3" Stainless Steel Air intake with K&N Filter
-EVO8 Ported Headers
-Greddy Type S (loud) Blow Off Valve
-MHT EVO III 16G turbo.
-FIC 650 injectors
-Walboro 225hp fuel pump
-Manual Boost Controller
-APEX'i Turbo Timer
-Glowshift Boost and Air/Fuel Ratio and Water Temp Gauges.
-MHT EVO III 16G turbo.

and i have a AEM Wideband on the way...

get rid of your two SAFC-II and only use one (you listed it twice)

I think you should look into ECMlink or aem standalone, i recommend ECMlink, thats what I run.

Are you still running stock internals? What level of boost are your running (psi?).

Look into new springs if they are stock and also cams. for you head, all it says in your profile is built evo 8 head.

21lbs of boost and im new at this and i dont do the work myself on my car



I pretty sure my internals are stock and the head i getting rebuilt right now because i blew it

Getting the head done the right way with ARP studs ECT... any parts you guys recommend for the head?


i hate that i dont know more but thats why on on this site trying to learn

are far as options for your head, its endless. What are you power goals? And what is your budget like?

Since you have a 16g I would recommend a 264/272 set up. If you have the money go with beehive springs, but supertech are very good for a budget build. There are also springs that vary in between.

Since you have a 95 I am assuming you have a 7 bolt block with the stock 8.5:1 pistons. Since you are going to get headwork down have them do a compression test of the block and see if your internals are still within limits. If you rebuild your bottom end you have a whole range of options also.

compression test is planned to be done, and yes it is the stock 7bolt

and as far as budget its not very high considering im 19 and in college full time

I am going to assume you dont want more then 300 WHP.

Since you are on a budget build there are a lot of options you can take. You can stip down you block and see which piston and rods are good, and see if the crank is in reuasable condition. If you want a new rotating assem,blie, THEDSMGRAVEYARD makes some assemblies that are within budget with oem pistons. One of my build right now runs the eveo 9 8.8:1 pistons. I love them with the 1g rods.

AS far as head goes, since it s a budget build, look into DKS camshafts from FFWD. They are half the price and are mirror images of the HKS. Super tech single springs should be sufficient enough to reach the power goals. You can go beehive and not worry about it. Head work is going to be expensive no matter what.

open that exhaust up to 3" and get a ported o2 housing and maybe big intake manifold
