Current mods : Small 16G, MBC, Boost and A/F guages, Apexi N1 Catback, Injen Intake, Walbro 190 fuel pump, S-AFC2, 1st gen BOV, Skunk2 Coilovers.

Wheels are : 97-99 GSX Rims painted black w/ polished lip.

I'm considering the Rota's because I'd be able to save about 14lbs on each rim (not counting the tire.)

I'm thinking about getting the 3" Apexi N1 downpipe. I already have the N1 catback. Would I need anything else to install the DP or is it just a bolt on.

I say the Rotas with some stickier tires. I bet you are already having traction issues with that setup in a FWD vehicle. I would also get some shocks and springs if you can afford it.

In terms of performance mods, you should definitely finish off the exhaust, then get upper IC piping, then injectors, then an FMIC. Spring for an O2 eliminator downpipe; it's worth it. Also, you may want to port your exhaust manifold or get one from an EVO.

to my knowledge when you get an FMIC with piping, the UICP and LICP becomes obsolete correct?

that said, i vote downpipe [which should be bolt on, depending on what size flanges are the n1's ; i'm sure their dp will fit there catback though ]

then it'd be 550/660 injectors, then the FMIC :thumb:

You can find a cheaper free flowing DP that will allow you to change inbetween Cat/Test PIPE. Then go for a set of injectors so you can use the power you have just let free. Once you are flowing the air and having enough fuel to support it you will want to cool it down.

Don't skimp out on the suspension stuff. All the power and no way to keep it on the ground will just cause fustration. Trust me, I've been there. I did ALL of my mods before ANY suspension stuff and I was getting so pissed at myself. Go with some Koni Yellows and a set of GC coilovers. The tein springs I am using are great, but I would like to be able to go alittle lower and have the option of raising it incase a tow truck happened to be called. Or maybe even set it up Higher in the rear and Lower in the front for the track.

Thanks for all the help.

The Apexi N1 downpipe bolts right onto the N1 Catback, right? I don't need anything else?
