What would cause a NEW front seal to leak?

Well, its been probably 2 years now, but less than 5k, since I had to do a head gasket job on my car, and when I did I replaced all the seals, the timing belt tensioner and belt, balance shaft belt etc. But now its leaking again and Im not happy. It was less than enjoyable tearing this thing apart the last time, and I don't have money to be doing this this time.
My question is, why would a relatively new seal start leaking? Blowby of some sort? But why? Im just frustrated and trying to figure out what the root of the problem is, because if my luck serves me as it usually does simply replacing the leaking seal won't solve anything. There's another problem associated with why the seal decided to start leaking in the first place.
 
numerous things. Pinched when installed, not lubercated when installed. umm what seal is it?
 
Installed incorrectly first time? Not torqued to specs or head was put on unevenly? Also was head perfectly flat no rough spots or warps?
 
The cam and other oil seals were installed by a professional mitsu mechanic, the head gasket I did myself with his supervision. He said the head checked out, and I used the most precise torque wrench available to this day to torque the thing down, a digital Snap On Techwrech. There's no fooling those things, and it was properly calibrated as well. Im seriously hoping its not blowby of any kind. I'm hoping its something like an improperly installed main seal or something stupid, atleast then it wouldn't be an error on my part. LOL
But seriously, Im going to take all the timing cover stuff off as soon as possible and clean it up, run it and figure out for sure where the leak is coming from.
 
Would be the best when you get it out look at where the seal is broke and see if there is anything that broke it.
