What to look for??

Ok. I have been looking for a few days now, on the board and also using google. I just cant find what I guess I am looking for.

I am going to look at a 97 Eclipse GST either this afternoon or tomorrow. I am trying to get some ideas of what to look for when buying. I have bought a lot of cars, but never a turbo car. What are some signs to look for or areas to check?

1 thing I know for sure is wrong with the car. The stock turbo is leaking oil right behind the flange into the exhaust, so it is smoking. This is all I was told was wrong.

Has a Greddy blow of valve(says was tuned for that), Greddy turbo timer, Eibach sport suspension 3" drop springs and shocks, greddy exhaust, rebuilt head, new battery, starter, timing belt, fule pump, water pump. Has Auto meter boost pressure gauge, auto meter air/fuel ratio gauge and a boost controller.

Any help and fast responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I know the link said look for rust but to elaborate a little, check the strut towers for signs of rust starting, they're notorious for rust. Good luck man.
