What to do with my tax return, go faster or look better?

I'm torn

My 2 choices as of now are;

1. Pay off credit card. Buy fuel pump/injectors/SAFC2. Put whatever $ is left away for shootout / cedar point etc in august

2. Buy new rims/tires, put whatever is left on credit card.

Pay off the card! You can always charge more if you need to, but if you don't put it on the card it'll only get worse over time...

#1 as far as paying off the CC..

Then, Maintenance... do everything that's even CLOSE to needing done.

5k miles till t-belt? Do it now while you have the $$'s.

THEN, making it go faster, or look better depends on what you want.

Show car? Make it look better.
Drag / AutoX Car? Make it faster.

Just my $.08 (inflation adjusted)

I've only got 400 bucks on my CC (thanks to a hotel stay in toronto last weekend), and my tax return is 1600 bucks. So either way I'll be paying off all my credit card with it, or on my next paycheck. No worries on that.

It's a daily driver, not a show car, or a dedicated drag car. It will see SOME track time this summer. Not a whole lot though. Both will be done eventually (by shootout I'd imagine)If I get wheels/tires now, I'll be upgrading the fuel system over the next few months. If I do the fuel system now, I'll get wheels/tires over the next few months.

Just not sure what I want to do now.

Definately pay that card off and only after you have that paid off should you put other mods on the car. As for the mods...Do performance stuff! That way when you win races you can take the money and buy more. :thumb:
