To get the throttle body off you will need to pull the throttle cable off as well as two coolant lines. The cable is probably what is holding you up.

You could go to the parts store or Fleet Farm and purchase a bottle of engine degreaser and start a thorough cleaning of your entire engine bay.

Make sure the throttle body elbow is off then the throttle cable and then you have the bracket that has two bolts that goes to the tb and on to the bottom bolt of the cas. make sure that bracket is out of the way and some wiggling. I hope you have a new gaskets so when you put that on. It probably hasn't been taken off before and its kinda welded (to say not really) on there.

I dont have new gaskets. Ill get some. I didnt think of cleaning the engine bay. Speaking of the CAS, where exactly is that? On the intake or the top of the head? I need some help on my other post which is above if you can help me out there too.

as your looking at your tb look directly to the right. Its right there on the head its a big circle.

I think i pulled it off. It goes into the cam. Its supposed to click right? I heard clicking but it wasnt that.
