My blitz rear had the same little hole by the exhaust. Not sure what it was for though. The two little humps on the bottom are supposed to line up with a bracket on the back of the car. I just made a straight line under the two little humps and cut off the excess fiberglass, taking out the second little hole by the exhaust. I'll post some pics if you would like of my blitz rear and how i trimmed the fiberglass.

Here are some pics, hope they help. I trimmed the underside so it was only long enough to cover the bottom of the spare tire well.
 
Just a note....my friend has the same rear on her Cavalier. That part in the middle didn't bolt up to anything on her car. We drove through a puddle and the water filled up the flap and it pulled the bumper off.....in two pieces. OMG I never noticed those 2 bumps on the Eclipse version. I guess if you don't use them like Wicked did, you might want to cut it out.
