What the heck is this!??

Today i was trying to fix one problem with my talon and then i found this and didnt see anywhere to connect it. Any one know what it is and were it goes.

It doesnt connect to anything, mine looks the same as yours. Make sure you dont touch it to any metal when your car is running or you will blow fuses since it is missing the case. Believe me it has happend before. just cover it up and zip tie it out of the way. I think its a relay but i'm not 100% sure.
