Im about to buy some struts because my stock ones have gotten pretty floaty. I searched and people seem to have problem with KYB's with the eiback lowering springs. What would be the best struts to put inside my Eiback Prokit?

I'm running the KYB's (AGX) with Eibach pro-kit and have no problems. Maybe not the "best," but it works well for me.

I am running just striat up KYB struts on my car and it has a decent ride, not to stiff for road trips but tight enough to get sporty, but I added ebay front and rear strut bars to tighten the car up on turns.....ITs about the cheapest route you can go and still get a good ride. I have a 1 1/2" drop on my car by the way

if that is the case it has not happened in my car but I also don't pound the piss out of it either its just a DD when it runs,LOL

Tokico Blues or stock Konis would be fine for such a simple drop. I have the tokico blues mated to sportlines and have no issues on my GST.

Yea I have the prokit. 1 to 1.5 inch drop eiback says but it seemed like barely an inch. It killed my stocker struts. Usually I would do them with the springs but when I bought the car I found one of the stock springs where broken. Looked like the original owner had down some rally racing. So the dropped springs killed my struts. Has anyone used more than one type that can compare ride quality?

From all I've read on the subject and from Eibach's own site, stock struts are just fine for the Prokit.the only thing I've heard as far as destroying struts, is that the Sportlines on stock struts will blow in about 2 months.

I'm wanting to lower my 97 Spyder GS and have been looking into it for 3 years now.I'd love the sportline drop (close to 3") but don't have another $500 for adj.struts that those sprigs reguire.I'm sure the 9 year old struts on it are shot or real close so I kinda need to replace them anyway,I just don't wanna do it twice so I've just been trying to research it.

I have speedbumps in my neighborhood and am sort afraid of the sprtline drop as far as those go,but I'd hate to spend the money on the prokit and stock struts...only to find out its not low enough for my liking.
