2G Shocks and struts with a 3" drop?

I have a 2g with a 3'' drop and it is about time to get some shocks and struts they are all blown out I was just woundering if this kby shocks and struts all handle the 3'' drop or if they will just blow out like the stock one or if you no of any that will handle it the drop thank alot

With a 3" drop they won't last long. They are pretty much an OE type strut, not really meant for extreme drops. I wouldn't go lower than 1 1/2" with them.

3" drop for a 2gis a HEAVY drop. Max I would go is 2".

@ KBY struts. Any strut's life will be compromised with that much of a drop, but especially KYB's which were designed for stock ride height. Best on the market from what I've heard are the Koni yellows.

i have those shocks/struts, and its only been a year and they seem to be quite weak already in the front ... from only a 1.5 drop from my eibach springs...

You should sell the 3" springs and go with the koni ground control setup it is a very reliable setup and not expensive and it is adjustable.

I have a 97 GST and need new shocks and struts on all four. Suggestions/opinons?
