What spark plugs and gap to use for 23+ psi

Just wondering what gap and spark plugs you guys are using. Also what gap for 15psi in my other dsm. Should I run a colder plug for the 23psi?

ngk bpr7es only gap to .20-.25 for all cars everyone that reads this and is making 250hp to 400hp range.gap may very on setup ajd higher boost hp applications.

I would run 7ES. I've always run non-projected to reduce knock. I think I ran .024" when I was at that boost. I would run the largest gap up to .028" you can without getting spark blowout. It runs a little smoother in closed loop IMO.

Would it be okay to put in those plugs in right now at 15-18 psi going up to around 23psi after my tune, it just has a base tune right now or would I have to change plugs when I get it tuned?

So my car would run alright on bpr7es gapped .20 with 15-18 psi on Evo 3?

Yes the car will run fine, assuming all other possible issues are addressed. Now if you notice (and you will) the car breaking up in the 5-5.5k range then your gap is too tight for that boost level. If it purrs to redline then your golden. Understand there may be some trial n error as you work the tune.
