What size rims do you think these are?

18 inch low pros with a lowered suspension looks god that way and i only say 18 cause i have 18's on mine
 
i would have to say that they are either 18's maybe 19's and could be lowered,

The tire size should indicate which size they are. Unless your just referencing this pic for purposes of fitting new wheels on your car. IF you can look at the tire it will be indicated by the last two numbers on the tire i.e 245/45/17 Is a 17in wheel.

If the last number was 18 they would be 18s so on and so forth.

they look likes 18s. sometimes if you look at the tire it will say only put on this size of rims. because on my tires i know they say use only on 17 in rims

Please post a pic of your tire saying that because I have never seen or heard of that before.

Ya for sure 18s... 19s look huge and 18s look just right.
