what radiator/cooling fans are worth to buy? what do you run?

i searched the forums on here and it was back and forth between stock and aftermarket so im not sure whats good to buy. i live in arizona im trying to prep for summer it gets about 110-120 degrees outside. im kind of worried because i just broke in my motor and want to take care of it. im pretty sure i want an aluminum radiaitor to dress up the engine more but i dont want to spend $400 on it. i seen godspeed, blackworks, Mishimoto, mizu and the others on ebay, has anyone ran those? theres tons of cooling fans too, i like the dual fans but the only ones i really seen were flexalite and they are pricey. not that i wouldnt spend the money but i want to see what others thought? thanks for any feedback
 
+1 ^ with bolt-ons. I have swapped out mine for "Derale" Dual function slim fans, which I have one running at auto temp and the other fan manual toggle switch for strip or extra cooling. I have not had a problem yet at all and my temps are perfect.
 
because thats ghetto LOL i have done everything right so far going with quality you know. i just noticed alot of these aluminum radiators are for the 4g63 the only ones i know are fluidyne and visteon but i cant find the visteon online or havn't yet. are there any other aftermarket that work on the 420a?
 
+1 for mishimoto they also have an additive "liquid chill" or something. I've heard it's good
you can also get the colder t-stat
and you can wire the stock fans so that the both fans come on at the same time (one normally only comes on when you turn on the A/C )
 
I want a mishimoto but the guy I talked to at horsepowerfreaks told me they are for the 4g63 only? And the pictures they show don't have the outlets on the right side so i wasn't sure. Im definitely getting the better thermostat.
 
Unfortunately, they dont make shit for my car either and I wanted a mishimoto radiator as well so I had to buy a 4g63 radiator and slightly modify the t-stat housing and upper radiator hose to make it fit. In your case however, I believe the radiator would bolt up but the lower radiator hose would be on the opposite side so you would have to modify the hosing. If you don't want to do all that check this site out:
