Hey guys just wanting to know what you think about the oil i should use for my 90 laser turbo. I will run mobile one fully senthetic but should it be 5w30 or 10w30....i got 5 by mistake thought i grabed 10w30 but a friend thought it was ok??? just to want to mess up my 4g63 in any way thanks.:thumb:

I use 10W30 (Mobil 1 synthetic). I got 5W30 once by accident and used it anways.

You will be fine using the 5, but in the future maybe stick with 10.

nice ok yeah thanks ill see if i can swap it out for the 10....by the way i live in kansas its really cold should i still use the ten and what should i use in the hot summers...?

I use 5w when it gets from december to early march. I think it helps with easier startups and warmups. I just cringe when I have to wake her up at like
5:30 for work when it is like 20 below. Just make sure you switch back to 10w when the temperature gets back up into the 30s.

I didn't see where you were from, I would stick with 5 for the winter but switch to the 10 for summer.

When i came to Tx, it was pretty hot but I still stuck with 10W30.

ok thanks...one more thing i was told to put 4 and 1/4 courts of oil i dont have the book or i would just look at that...just got the car not to long ago....anyway just want to know how much oil to put in... just dont want to much or to little thanks...

Sounds about right, I buy the 5 quart jugs and am usually left with a quart or so.
Put about 4 quarts in, let it get to the bottom and check the level on the dipstick and go from there.
