It's not broken. It flexes in and out but doesn't pop out.

im not really catching what you mean about flexing in and out, but the part on the apillar on mine comes out of the little hole. it doesnt come completely out to where its disconnected, but just to the point where it looks broken and crappy.

Nah mine doesn't do that. You can push it in and it sorta folds flat or pull it out to its regular shape. It hardly gets used because the g's keep the passenger from being able to grab it.
