What mod causes air to shoot out engine bay like Nissan Skyline in 2fast2furious?

Trying to find out what mod causes air blasts out of the engine bay like the Skyline in 2 fast 2 furious. After doing some research, I think that a CO2 sprayer to pump cold air into an intercooler is "similar" to what im talking about but not quite it. I've also read up on a possible blow off valve/ intercooler type of thing-- But im not too sure.

If you watch the movie you see that when the cars rev up, the air blasts out per rev, (watch the first 5 minutes of the movie youll understand what I mean)

Just trying to do some mods on my 97 GS-T, Anyone with info please submit!

Your just going to end up spending alot of money to purge just like them, and then have no go to show for it....

if you really wanna have the effect, I'm sure there is some fake purge kit out there that would do the same thing. I know they have fake blow-off sound machines. So there are probably fake purge kits

IMO thats kind of lame but my car does that without adding anything. I think I'm just spitting fuel into the exhaust though. My friends say when I mash it and shift blue and orange flames shoot out. You should try speeding ...
