what kind of fart can should I buy for my 98 GS

I am probably going to buy a fart can soon. What kind should I buy? I was thinking about Apex.. Is that a good brand? Any pics of 97-99 GS's with aftermarket exhausts?

sorry, my advice is not what you wanna hear.

i recomend a full exhaust for performance reasons only...

i feel like a dork because i have a fart can on my car, it is on there ONLY FOR PERFORMANCE. i hate the way they look/sound. thank god i have a turbo because it would sound super ricey and i would rip it off.

yeah i think the apexi looks pretty i guess

Like the other guy said don't even bother, going with a fart can is like bringing yourself down the level of those guys who drive HODUHS and think the addtion of only a fart can makes them very fast. Also, please don't take nay offense but your car is slow and a fart can will not make it any faster no 10-20 HP like ebay seller advertise. The only way I would buy one if I were u is if you truely liked the sound or look of a fart can, but even you called it a fart can so its al up to u.

Yeah thats why I decided not to put one on my car, All kinds of Little Honda Ricers around my house. I hate the farting sound, I think I'll wait till I get a turbo DSM.

Nice decision, I am glad some sees where I am coming from. I also have a 1g NT and there is no fart can on that. only chinese writing for fun. it gets alot of laughs from other DSM's while the HONDUHs rev at me like I am serious. I mean the car doesn't have a spot with out dents in it, I bought it for 700 and have been in three accidents with cars and got hit by one trampoline that got air born out of my gfs back yard. Oh yeah and non of the accidnets were my fault.

Question about a honda civic...are they supposed to be faster stock than a 1g n/t? I raced one on the highway the other day and flat out killed him

I know for a fact that an EX will obviously an SI will but I am unsure about the other models such as DX and whatever other models they have. My friend has a DX hatch with catback exhaust and i beat him pretty badily with my non turbo and I have 190k miles. The thing wth HONDUHS are that some of them may have swaps and you really can't tell.

I couldn't tell if it was EX SI Or PMS(I think the latter) since he was in my rear view It was a hatchback though.I swear one day I'm gonna walk down my neighborhood and rip all the fart cans off. Oh well I'm off to work.

yeah you can drop a b18 into about anything sept a van s2k and a lude

and the s2k and lude both make a good share of power for being a n/a car

they are expensive to make fast, but hey so are n/t dsms and people still do it with both cars....
