Resolved What ISC Voltage

My question is, How many volts does the ECU provide the ISC? The VFAQ suggests using a 6V battery to test the ISC. Is this about right? Im getting 12V at some of the pins on the harness connector for the ISC

The ECU doesn't provide any volts to the ISC. The ISC gets 12v from the MPI circuit on pins 2 and 4. The ECU pulls pins 1, 3, 4, and 6 to ground in the correct sequence to step the ISC.
