I heard its a 92-98 elantra with dohc engine. IS this true?

Ive never heard of an ISC...they deffinantly arent Elantras, unless you have the years screwed up, because 95 and under look different then 95+ and they have different engines...

As of yet I haven't seen a definitive list compiled, but according to this auction that is a good assumption. From searches I have done, almost all of Mitsu's 91-99 DOHC engines used the same ISC. If you can get one cheap, I would take the chance. Just keep in mind that whether it is used, new, or rebuilt it will fail again. A good option might also be the Crebotech route. I hope that helped.
