what is the highest safe psi for a 16g turbo i have it on my 93 talon car is stock just a front mount with a 16g stock everything else what would be the highest safe psi to run?

I would only run 14psi to be on the safe side until you have a way to monitor your A/F and knock. I think 16g wastegate srpings are set at 12-14.

You can get a datalogger and that will help monitor engine parameters, tuning, and can pull cel codes. A wideband O2 will help monotir a/f ratio' s in real time so you know if the cars running lean or rich. Check vfaq for modification stages.

In order to go much higher than 14 p.s.i. your going to need to upgrade your fuel system (injectors, fuel pump, AFRP)

Craig, in the past month, this particular question has been asked no less than 4 times. The answer is always the same: "There is no way we can tell you what is SAFE to run on YOUR CAR." You need data-logging equipment, fuel modifications, and good maintenance before making your own decisions about what you feel is a safe boost level. In other words, ten people could have the exact same year and model of car you have, with exactly the same modifications, and the "SAFE" boost level for each of them could be totally different.

Since no one is able to give you an accurate answer to your question, this thread is going to be worthless to you.
