ok so im getting ready to start ordering my fuel system but im not sure what what fuel pump to get or the presure regulator? im going with a ten gallon cell external pump and braided lines, my injectors are 780's, also do i need a new fuel rail, my friend keeps telling me i dont but im looking into a 2nd opinion? so basically my questions is on the pump how many gph do i need and what psi do i need to run?

I like the Aeromotive inline unit. Can't remember the p/n but it had 1000 in it. Also like the Aeromotive regulators. SX also make a nice regulator.

The aeromotive pump he's referring to is the A1000. They also make the "status quo" AFPR.

If you're looking for big power, you could look into dual in-tank walbros as well. If you're going for mild number, a single 255HP Wally will be fine.

And to reiterate DSM PWR, there's really no need for a new fuel rail.

power wise i would like to hit in the 400hp range, i have a holset hx35, greddy emanage, custom made sheet metel intake, gm maf and translator, ported and polished head with crower 272 cams, godspeed 38mm wastegate, bottom end is pretty stock, except a gurdle and balance shaft elimination kit. and i was gonna go with the walbro 255 but i need external cause i had to buy an aluminum fuel cell cause my tank has been sitting and is rusted to all hell, i just dont know what psi i need my regulator to allow! i have been looking a the aeromotive stuff and it looks pretty nice i had a friend tell me to look on summit cause it would be less expensive

A single intank Walbro 255 will be enough for your power goals and will flow enough to max out your injectors. Nothing else will be required on the feed side of the system. I like the Aeromotive regulators. You can get them in a kit for about $230. Nothing else will be required for the return side of the system.

If you want to upgrade another part of the system this is all I would do as it will eliminate the restrictive parts of the system. Import Evolution

if your worried about not getting enough fuel you could always put an inline bosch pump paired with an in tank wally 255.
