What flows more 1g o2 housing or 2g o2 housing?

2g this is pretty obvious. You will gain better spool and more power if you hog it out. Just dont do it too much and make sure it is smooth.

A thing to remember with the EVO 02 housing is that I dont believe it lines up perfectly with the dp. Also you should get a ported 2g manifold as well.

I have heard the same about the EVO 02. What I have been told fixes the problem is to cut the Downpipe flange off of the Downpipe. Bolt the flange to the O2 housing. Then push the downpipe up to the flange and mark where it makes full contact. What you are doing is changing the angle that the flange mates to the downpipe. Cut the downpipe to your new line. Remove the flange from the 02 housing and weld it to your newly cut downpipe.
