I like the look of the manifold, and would like some more info about it. Anyone know who makes something of the sort?

ERL Cast Stainless manifold. I own one.

A new one will set you back $500ish, but it will be the last manifold you'll ever have to buy as long as you stay within the realm of a T3-flanged turbo.

How do you guys like the manifold? Seeing as it's cast stainless, I don't forsee it cracking, any problems with install, or fitment?

Well there are no welds inherent to the manifold to crack if that's what you're referring to.

The only problem is, if you don't use the wastegate "collar" that's provided, and instead opt to weld a flange to the "dong" like I did for the tial 44mm, then you will void your warranty.

Other than that, if you're planning on going this route, you should be expecting some custom fabrication anyways, so no, everything goes together smoothly.

Im more worried about how the turbo will fit once on the manifold, what turbo are you using? Any need for the water pipe dent mod because the comp cover hits? Looks to be adequite space around the o2 housing area, any problems with the alternator getting in the way?

It's a T3 (duh) GT3582r HTA. There was no denting of the waterpipe necessary. The only thing needed to be done to the water pipe was weld a nipple in place of the factory turbo coolant loop so I could run custom lines to the CHRA.

I have more than enough clearance between my turbo and alt. I still used a 3" SS donut though to make my o2 housing. I didn't want to have to chance my oil filter housing. Everything has TONS of room, except the radiator fans on a 2g. Should be find on a 1g.
