I have a 91 galant vr4 that just had a new oem clutch installed along with a fidanza flywheel new master and slave cylinders. I also have replaced the clutch pedal assembly bushings with new bushings. The problem I'm having is the clutch has alot of pedal play still and engages right off the floor and when it's at the resting pedal position has alot of play before can feel any pressure on the clutch then if keep pushing pedal down it gets pressure but then pedal is on the floor car still goes into gear and can change while driving but sometimes when you come off the clutch pedal it doesn't return all the way to the top then I have to pick it up and pump pedal couple times to get more pressure. Could my pivot ball and clutch fork be wore out I believe that's the only things I haven't replaced with new parts thanks for the help.

Sounds like you still have air in the system .

I have bleed the the system over and over and it's still the same. I'm lost as to what it could be cause I have replaced everything except the clutch fork and pivot ball

Did you use OEM master and Slave cylinders? A lot of generic rebuilds dont seem to hold up in our cars. Wouldnt surprise me if you have a defective master cylinder from the sounds of it.

How did u bleed the clutch? Sure sounds like air in the system. Did u shim the pivot ball? Checked your flywheel step height?
