What DP will Bolt on Directly Bolt On

Hey guys I have the HKS Hi-Power Exhaust System on my car and I read on another thread that the Apexi N1 DP won't bolt right up with my exhaust. Anyone else have my Exhaust System and have a aftermarket DP? If so did you with? Thanks!

AWD or FWD? Im sure a Megan DP would suit your needs just fine though.

What size DP are you going with? Hi-flow Cat or strait pipe? I have a 3in DP, 3in hi-flow cat and a HKS carbon ti exhaust. Had the shop cut off the resonator and weld in a new piece of pipe because that's where the exhaust neckes down to bolt up to a stock CAT.

The apexi holes slants where the stock or hks hi power(which i have) shits horizontal. Your best bet will be a punishment style downpipe.
If your not sure call or ask punishment.. their more then happy to answer.

My Apexi N1 DP has a triangular 3 bolt flange where it attaches to the Catback, unless you are running an Apexi cat-back it just won't work.

They did this so the system is matched. (brand loyalty I guess)

I run 1995-1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX Stainless Down Pipe : Megan Racing - and a Greddy SP exhaust combination.
Works out just fine for me, although the GSX was discontinued in the new SP2 lineup.

It's a FWD I was looking into getting a 3" DP my exhaust is 3" catback. I was looking at the Megan Racing DP, But does that eliminate the Cat as well or do I need a High Flow Cat with it? I just want a DP that with delete the cat I dont want a High Flow Cat. Thanks guys!

I've been researching and I think the Megan Racing DP will work fine! Better price than the Apexi N1 too!!! Thanks Guys!

Yep, the Meagan DP is a Cat delete, but I think I'll actually have my Apexi N1 DP cut, and a high flow cat installed for smog reasons.

Naw I wouldn't do that man what I'm planning on doing is just throwing my stock DP and cat back on for smog then after slap the Megan DP back on!!! Or you can just get under the table Smog.... HAHAHA!!! Just a thought

Are you sure your hks exhaust is 3in? Hks website says fwd piping is 60mm. Only the 95-99 awd come with 75mm piping

fwd are 60mm which translate to 2.3 inches. Not even 2.5.

Well I read the description on extremepsi.com I guess the N1 is 70MM so it's bigger piping than the HKS! Yeah I guess mine is 60MM cool? !
