The 2nd link I posted shows you that buscher makes a COP setup.
As far as who makes that setup why not simply ask him where he got it or is it a custom install?

The first link I posted shows HAL's vfaq link on how to make a "cop" setup but that link is dead.

DSMs already have a very robust, very adequate ignition system. The only payoff in going to COP is the novelty.
