I cannot think of any vehicle in any circumstance those wouldn't look like shit on. They look like some fallen-off K-Mart spinner hubcaps found in the #2 lane of southbound 99 right about Charter Way. After being run over. Twice.
But, that's what I think, and you did ask.

In fact, on second look, I'm certain those are spinner hubcaps, with the spinner missing.

Uhhh....if I were you, I would definately stay away from those. Those type of rims on OUR cars go TOTALLY against what 'we' stand for and what we stand against.

just thought I would throw my opinion out there. I believe that wheels should enhance the look of the car, not draw your attention away from it. Personally I think chrome wheels draw your eye to the rims instead of the entire car where you should be looking. I'd go with a black with chrome lip, full black, or something more subtle than that.

Well, do you guys dislike chrome wheels in general or just certain types of chrome wheels? I think the stock 17" wheels on the 2gen 3000GTs look preety sweet.

I hate white or complete black rims (without and polished or silver lip). I don't have anything against chrome rims. But I guess everybody has their own opinion.

if you think those chrome rims look better then the white ones on that peon, then i personally think that you dont have taste in rims. those chrome rims are hideous and would just totally turn me off on your car. just find some 97-99 GSX rims and powdercoat them or something. just stay away from chrome, especially those ugly ass rims on that other eclipse. i almost feel sorry for whoever owns the silver eclipse. when you see him, tell him i said im sorry that he owns them.

It's not the design. It's the color. I don't like white rims, period. Now if they were silver, or black with a polished lip I'd probaly buy them.
