i just got a new control arm and alligned my tires for my 91 AWD TSi eagle. what do you recommend for suspension?

You're gonna have to be a little more specific about what you're wanting to do with the car and what kind of budget you're talking about...

well a suggestion for very well complete suspension set-up thats not costy (springs, struts ect...)

very well AND not costy???? good luck... i would probably go with tokico HP's, some cheap ebay camber plates for the front, and the little shims you see on ebay for the rears, then get some ebay tower bars, and if you have money left, get the ebay strut bars... cheapest way i can think of...:toobad:

Don't spend money on the lacking TEIN setups. Overpriced Japanese shocks are just that, lacking.
I'd recommend a set of Koni sports and Ground Control coilovers for your car. They're a match made in heaven and are quite capable of outperforming more expensive OTS full coilover setups like TEIN and Megan Racing etc.

Go hang out in the Handling Section, all the information you could want.
