Are they worth getting, or are they poorly made? Why are they so cheap in price?

Well the black leather looking set look VERY unconfortable. Doesn't look like there is must substance to the seats at all. The cloth/fabric sets look alot more FULL and comfortable to me. I would get the cloth regarding these seats. But then again you also have to consider how the quality of the material is that they use. Have you tried looking for name brands on ebay?
Worth it? If that is what your budget allow then hellz yeh they are worth it. You never know, these might be made very well and you'll get your moneys worth. Some of them look good, some of them look cheap. I happen to like the Konig reclining seat plus StitchCraft makes a leather kit for that particular seat as well that looks GREAT! BTW, You can get Sparcos pretty cheap but they won't recline. I like reclining personally.

bad news first, these aren't JDM to begin with and are no where near JDMish.

These seats are terrific!

these things are actually made in Thailand or Taiwan take your pic. Just like the rims that Velox, ADR, Axis, APC, or any other wheel brand out there, these are made in Asia to standards specified by the original commisioner say ADR, the taiwanese manufacturer then puts that particular design in their catalog as model XYZ for anyone around the world who wants to order these things in volume.

Rota once upon a time was a subcontractor for Konig wheels, anyone remeber the Rush and toxxin models? those are made in the Philippines

Same thing with the seats. Some of these companies actually subcontract for sparco and recaro. Of course they just don't put the brand there. There are also a few features lacking such as the quick lift lever and micro adjust. In place they put a regular recline mechanism which lowers the cost. But basically they have the same internals, and same materials such as sparco and recaro.

ever wonder how companies like tenzo r, apc, v-racing, weapon r suddenly have seats all of a sudden?

As for me, the guy who imports taiwan wheels are bringing in the all red one and carbon fiber cloths which I'll be slapping on my ride =)

Hmmm, thanks for the input guys. I did check Sparco's and Recaro's on Ebay, and they sell for the same price as retail in most spots. I probably order some of the black cloth seats on here. I too only like the reclineable seats, and for $200 these should do well. Thanks for the info. I don't care much for the "memory foam" and such in the Sparco's so these should fit my purpose. I'd rather direct dollars of expensive Sparco seats towards finishing my speed mods. Thanks again.
